I should say this isn't necessarily cheaper than buying a down #pillow I'm not sure. My goal was a pillow that meets my particular needs. The process was messy, and kind of a hassle, and I had to do it outside because down goes EVERYWHERE. You can't pour it, it floats. You will probably need a helper. Please let me know if you have any questions, or if you come up with a better method than I did. #pain #chronicpain #backpain #spine
