There is just one picture book place remaining for the 28 March online CYA Bootcamp with Michelle Madden, Commissioning Editor at Penguin Random House Young Readers.

Michelle works across all genres and age groups, from early childhood to young adult fiction. She has collaborated with leading Australian creators including Terry Denton, Mem Fox and Alison Lester. She is particularly interested in picture books that speak directly to children and engaging, entertaining non-fiction for young readers.

The Bootcamp is a full day of focused development: small-group editorial feedback, dedicated manuscript time, a structured progress session, plus a discussion panel and Q&A. With only four participants per group, the experience is intentionally intensive and personalised.
