Cattive notizie per tre famiglie di Piana del Sole le cui case sono state dichiarate a rischio crollo stamattina dopo il sopralluogo della commissione tecnica per la verifica della sicurezza statica degli edifici. I controlli sono stati svolti a seguito dell'esplosione di domenica scorsa di una villetta che ha causato tre feriti. Villetta andata completamente distrutta e che si trova accanto a quelle adesso dichiarate inagibili. In tutto, sono nove le persone che non potranno rientrare in tempi brevi nelle proprie abitazioni in via Tavagnasco, nella piccola borgata al confine tra Roma e Fiumicino. Per altre quattro famiglie, per un totale di undici persone, invece, si è aperto uno spiraglio di speranza: potranno tornare a casa dopo aver effettuato alcuni interventi di riparazione dei danni esterni prodotti dall'esplosione di una bombola di gas nella villetta sventrata. Infine, altre nove persone, hanno potuto far rientro già ieri negli alloggi dopo la rimozione delle macerie che ne impedivano l'accesso.
"Ieri abbiamo restituito a tre famiglie la possibilità di rientrare in casa. È un primo passo verso il ritorno alla normalità e nel frattempo stiamo lavorando perché sia riattivata anche la fornitura del gas", ha spiegato il presidente dell'XI Municipio Gianluca Lanzi. "Stiamo facendo il massimo ed esprimiamo la nostra vicinanza alle tre persone ferite". Dopo l'esplosione sono state evacuate, per motivi di sicurezza 29 persone: tutte, tranne due, hanno trovato soluzioni abitative alternative in modo autonomo, presso amici r parenti. Due hanno richiesto e ottenuto l'assistenza alloggiativa fornita dal Comune di Roma in collaborazione con la Protezione civile.

Bad news for three families in Piana del Sole whose homes were declared at risk of collapse this morning after a technical commission’s inspection to verify the static safety of the buildings. The checks were carried out following last Sunday’s explosion of a villa which caused three injuries. The villa was completely destroyed and is located next to those now declared uninhabitable. In total, nine people will not be able to return to their homes in the near future on Via Tavagnasco, in the small hamlet on the border between Rome and Fiumicino. For another four families, a total of eleven people, there is a glimmer of hope: they will be able to return home after carrying out some repairs to the external damage caused by the explosion of a gas canister in the gutted villa. Finally, nine other people were able to return home yesterday after the removal of the rubble that prevented access.
“Yesterday we gave three families the opportunity to return home. It’s a first step towards returning to normality and in the meantime, we are working to reactivate the gas supply as well,” explained the president of the XI Municipality, Gianluca Lanzi. “We are doing our best and expressing our sympathy to the three injured people.” After the explosion, 29 people were evacuated for safety reasons – all but two found alternative accommodation independently with friends and relatives. Two requested and received temporary accommodation provided by the City of Rome in collaboration with the Civil Protection Agency.
