Was tasked with inspecting a broken microSD card, apparently unresponsive, tonight.
Plugging in didn't do much, checking partitions with several tools indicated conflicting results (FAT32 or none). dosfck said "Logical sector size (29516 bytes) is not a multiple of the physical sector size."
I eventually successfully recovered the (worthless) underlying stored files via photorec, but the card itself is doomed, won't accept reformatting. RIP.

Muita discussão interessante rolando no fidigerson e eu... há três dias tentando recuperar um arquivo. 
Provavelmente a parte de recuperar é a mais simples. O difícil é encontrar o diacho do arquivo numa montanha de arquivinhos... Fiz logo um script shell pq a quantidade tá brutal.

Può capitare a tutti: un disco che smette di avviarsi, una partizione che scompare, oppure una formattazione fatta per errore. Prima di arrendersi, nel mondo del software libero esistono due strumenti potentissimi per tentare il recupero dei dati: TestDisk e PhotoRec. In questa guida vediamo passo per passo come usarli su GNU/Linux (Debian, Ubuntu e derivate), con un approccio prudente e orientato alla sicurezza dei dati.
Over the course of the weekend, I managed to degoogle myself a refurbished Pixel 8 to /e/ OS (very surprised to see that Backmarket isn't performing a proper reinstall of a fresh OS, just deleting the user content data!) and imaged an HDD from my family's computer in the early 2000's. Recovering data from it brings a lot of old memories... (Tried #photorec, #fiwalk and #filetrove on them, those are incredible tools.)

Si vous cherchez un moyen de récupérer vos fichiers perdus sans vendre un rein, je vous invite à regarder ma dernière vidéo où j’explique comment j’ai sauvé le cul d’un ami photographe avec PhotoRec. L’ami en question (salut Miquel !) avait perdu toutes ses photos RAW qui étaient sur un SSD de 480 Go et avait déjà claqué un peu de fric dans un logiciel Windows tout pourri qui n’avait rien récupéré du tout. Alors forcément, quand il m’en a parlé l’air de rien pendant mes vacances, j’ai sorti mon chapeau de magicien pour l’aider !
