#JosephKosinski quien dirigiera la cinta éxito en taquilla, #TopGunMaverick será el director de esta nueva película que prepara #UniversalPictures.
Dan Gilroy (“Nightcrawler”, “El legado de Bourne”) está adaptando el guion. Aunque no se han revelado detalles de la trama, la película está basada en la serie de televisión clásica de los años 80, protagonizada por #DonJohnson y #PhilipMichaelThomas como detectives encubiertos en el sur de Florida. El programa se emitió en la NBC durante 5 temporadas, de 1984 a 1989. En 2006 se estrenó una versión cinematográfica, con #JamieFoxx y #ColinFarrell al frente del reparto, resultando la misma en un frasco de taquilla.
Si bien el reparto aún no se ha anunciado. Además de dirigir, Kosinski producirá a través de su compañía, Monolith.

1️⃣ It’s another episode with a strong guest character driving the action. And getting lots of the screentime.

2️⃣ Villains include #PhilipMichaelThomas (#MiamiVice) and #MichaelCole (#TheModSquad). Both good.

3️⃣ The plot is straightforward, but the script (by #AnneCollins) has some lovely touches: Burghoff’s character is a womanizer, the criminal mastermind has bugged the elevator to his penthouse, etc.
