How you identify as a trans or nonbinary person does not matter as long as you consider yourself completed or near completion in your transition! This community exists because most online trans communities are overwhelmingly represented by people who are pre/early-transition. MelFollow up imaging and appointments from fistula repair:
Imaging and appointments done and back home. Urologist said the imaging shows my urethra looks like a cis males meaning it looks good now. Unfortunately there is still a fistula, but smaller. She thinks it will heal on its own. So three more weeks with the catheter bag (no urinating) and then we will do the imaging again.
Surgeon was happy with things looked. I do have a small of redness, soreness, with. discharge so I’ve been put on antibiotics and given strong soap to clean that area.

PEACHYBOLILLOI recently went through bottom surgery, and I'm not fully healed, but I was looking at my shadow post shower, and saw my penis in it, and was hit with such a wave of gender euphoria.
