"The #Russian military is very good at electronic warfare, jamming, air defence, etc. But #Ukraine continues to develop advanced technologies that are literally not used anywhere else in the world, and this is the future of warfare," the general said.
In addition, #Petraeus emphasized that #Ukraine was able to "sink one-third of the #Russian #Black_Sea Fleet" even without having its own navy.
