@BrentToderian the major bike and pedestrian multi-use pathway in #PeterboroughON, where it crosses any road has signs like this...

And, startlingly, the cars have no indication whatsoever, you're just supposed to run across multiple lanes whenever there's a break in traffic (traffic does NOT stop for crossers).
