For some reason my friends assumed Peni would be my favorite (because Japan, I guess) but I was actually all about Peter B Parker and his big sad.
I just wanted to hug him and tell him it'll be okay.
And also to take a shower.
But really he was the most relatable character for me - an adult who's damaged, sad, human, but still (mostly) professional, caring and heroic.
Also finally someone who agrees stealing bagels is a high priority side mission. 🍩
