People cleverer than me have said it better but... these signal leaks are funny. What is bad is all the killing that they plan and execute. We should definitely try to keep that in mind when discussing it.
It also occurred to me that fact that their security practices are terrible has had no effect on their ability to kill. We should not be calling for them to fix their clown car, but to get rid of it altogether. What the security does allow is for them to hide their motives and their actions. That is very useful when what you want to do is bomb residential apartment buildings. Having a reasonable illusion of security allows that. We should be calling for the dismantling of the hidden state and demanding that everything they do is played out in public.
