I listen to a ton of kpop and other Asian pop music, and I can't bias all of them so how do I pick? My criteria:

Ult = love them the most, consider myself part of the fandom, would go to the concert and pay VIP, would consider travel to see them

Bias = I'm going to check out their new music when it drops, will go to concert

I'm running 13 regions, 16 opensearch clusters, 16 kafka clusters, 36 clickhouses, 40 victoria clusters, kuberneteses and bare metal, I manage thousands of alerts and thousands of grafana dashboards and logs and metrics and traces of over a million endpoints and:

I did not manage to make one single data source with a successful promql query work in #perses

After an hour(!), I gave up. I'm clearly too stupid for this.

If observability dashboards matter, they deserve to be treated like code.

That means version control, validation, repeatability... the whole kit and caboodle. Perses is a CNCF project that makes dashboards GitOps-friendly from the start, so they’re no longer fragile, ad-hoc artifacts that vanish when you need them most.
