Our electric company, Pepco, went to 2FA a few months back. Since then I have not been able to log into my account because when they send me a code and I input it, the processing times out. I called customer service and they asked whether I was using Google Chrome or Edge. I said neither. They replied it works best with them. Me - I don't use either. Them: we can't help you, we only test with those two! Back to a check and a stamp.
