It is a well-written story of how a large power utility wove the practise of "profits over people" into the tapestry of its corporate policies for years. The result was a systemic neglect of basic inspection/maintenance of power lines that contributed to many of California's recent wildfires. The impact of #ClimateChange is also discussed in depth.
