The governor of the region, #Oleg_Melnichenko, reported on the incident:
“Around four in the morning, a fire broke out at the oil depot in #Penza as a result of a #UAV attack. According to preliminary data, there were no deaths or injuries.”
Also, local residents report an evacuation.
