TIL "Confy": a conferences schedule viewer 🗨️
It imports raw schedule data in Pentabarf (.xml) or iCal (.ics) formats from systems like Pretalx 🗓️
Thanks to Fabio Comuni (aka fabrixxm) for developing it (with Python) 🙏

I attached some Confy screenshots: FOSDEM 2025, the track list, the Python track talks and the Thibaud Colas Django talk.

The #FOSDEM #Monitoring and #Observability devroom schedule has just been finalized (and published automatically): https://fosdem.org/2024/schedule/track/monitoring-observability/ 🎉
Working with #pretalx was super smooth as always; way easier than dealing with #Pentabarf
Now if only #CNCF #KubeCon (and #OpenSourceSummit, etc) would start using it...
I have NEVER felt so seen by a podcast. This is amazing. #HailEris #AllHailDiscordia #PraiseBob #Pentabarf #Popes #GoldenAppleCorps
Behind the Bastards presents this four partner on the history of the Bavarian Illuminati, with eps 3 and 4 getting into the Discordians, the Situationists, the John Birch Society, and the assassination of JFK. Yes you heard me right.

There’s a reason the History Channel has produced hundreds of documentaries about Hitler but only a few about Dwight D. Eisenhower. Bad guys (and gals) are eternally fascinating. Behind the Bastards dives in past the Cliffs Notes of the worst humans in history and exposes the bizarre realities of their lives. Listeners will learn about the young adult novels that helped Hitler form his monstrous ideology, the founder of Blackwater’s insane quest to build his own Air Force, the bizarre lives of the sons and daughters of dictators and Saddam Hussein’s side career as a trashy romance novelist.
