Day 11 of #Arttrober is Penelope Pitstop from the cartoon Wacky Races.
Another old Hanna-Barbera character who I vaguely remember from my childhood. I remember a number of other Hanna-Barbera characters (Yogi Bear, Top Cat, etc.), but I can't say they left much of an impression on me.
