My 4th #VTuber! Meet Pen-i, my comic character (the comic will reach 15 years in a few weeks!). I actually made her second of all. The first version had a different outfit, because that was just a recolour. I finally found how to edit bases, clothes and all and now she looks a lot more like her comic-version.
