Finally got this vintage Pelikan to write well.
I thought that the nib was the issue that caused it to skip and hard start because the tines were a bit spread, but closing them didn't fix it.
But when i filled this light grey ink in and the writing came out blue, i realized that the feed must be full of decades old dry ink
Many many MANY cleaning sessions later, the grey ink finally stays grey and it's now a super wet writer with a lovely flexy nib!
