Chris HuckOne of the great beacons of Spring is the sound of peepers (the frogs). The most fascinating thing to me about them is how narrow the temperature range is for them to be active. Today was a relatively warm day, but it was just cool enough for nary a peep from them. However, yesterday wasn’t a lot warmer, yet they were deafening in particular areas. If it’s too warm, you also won’t hear them.
