As much as I think #MelaniaTrump, aka #MelaniaKnauss aka #melanijaknavs aka #MelanyaKnausz is a sneaky bitch (especially given the amount of times she changed the spelling of her name) I do not want to #slutshame her. And if any other first lady or political spouse posed nude, I wouldn't care. I care that she was a victim who enabled #childsextrafficking.
