Ce soir, je teste enfin une recette de cookie au beurre de cacahuète. Ça remplace le beurre et j’ai mis la poudre d’amandes qu’il reste de mon lait végétal fraîchement produit. Pas de sucres ajoutés, en dehors de ceux présents dans le beurre de cacahuète et ceux, naturels, des amandes. On voit tout à l’heure ce que ça donne.
