Brilliant idea for all the fucking news sites and journalism blogs that ALL want you to pay each of them $10+ a month to read the ONE article you're interested in... make it like a webcomic reading app instead. Pay $10 for 100 credits, each article can be purchased for 10 credits. Someone wants to read more than 10 articles? Then they purchase more credits.
I would bet my house you'd have so, so, so so many people willing to try this option rather than put themselves on the hook for dozens if not hundreds of dollars EVERY MONTH just to read one or two articles per month.
