As for the ATR 72, I don’t think the #PaxEx is any worse than a regional jet. Tiny overhead bins means almost all bags are ramp checked, but the seats recline, there’s a buy-on-board food service (a full meal in “business class!”) and a lav I could actually stand upright in. And it’s not *that* loud

I’ve griped plenty about US airlines not stocking enough buy-on-board catering items, where everything is sold out by row 5. Well, finally, United joins Alaska in offering pre-orders for real food in shorthaul economy. Finally! And stating March 1 it’ll be pre-order only for fresh items. #PaxEx
