TIL that not only did patent trolls do the usual patent trolling thing to attack the Mycroft open source project (open source alternative to Alexa/Siri) but also tried to get RICO complaints against them. Why? Because they posted mean blog posts about patent trolls, the state of the patent litigation etc. I wouldn't have used some of their more aggressive language but it seems like they were within their first amendment rights on that. @Popehat have you seen this and do you have thoughts on it? #PatentReform #PatentTroll #mycroft #RICO scholar.google.com/scholar_cas…
