hab mich blödgefressen. 😁

Ich habe den "Pasta-Auflauf mit Gyros" vegetarisiert und wie schon früher "stopft" das Gericht, auch ohne #Fleisch.
Die Herausforderung ist die Nachahmung des #Gyros. Ich habe dafür #Sojaschnetzel, ein spezielles Einweichwasser und anschließend eine #Marinade verwendet. Die #Gewürze machen viel her.

ich suche aktuell nach einem Rezept für einen eiweißreichen #Nudelteig. Da müssen also alternative Zutaten rein, die #Eiweiß mitbringen. Und es soll für die Maschine geeignet sein. Ich habe letzte Woche diverse #Rezepte gefunden, aber die klingen teilweise verrückt und teilweise bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob das so funktionieren würde.
