A bit of improvisation. My larger earrings get in the way on my displays for the Saturday Market. So I salvaged the light bulb cover from a shed at the back of the house (the fixture no longer has power), and took a grinder to it. With the old paint and rust removed, it's all shiny, and makes a fun little display for larger earrings. This 18 inch necklace is another new piece that I won't put in my online shops (yet), as I expect it to sell at one of the Saturday markets before Christmas. Simple and elegant, I used a pale amethyst colored glass to make the beads, coating them in a gold tinted mica powder.
