Fascinated with #PassageDuGois causeway road in France (and similar, like UK #Lindisfarne, #Broomway), passable only a few hours a day, otherwise under ~13' of water. English Wikipedia article has little info. Alas, having trouble finding authoritative info - museum, historical society, library - (in English) on road construction, maintenance, shelter platforms and poles.
Wondering if people ever *plan* to stay for a high-tide cycle (8 hrs?) at one of the shelters.
Any help much appreciated.
