I understand both major parties play "politics." it's the nature of the current two party loop we seem stuck in.
But the current GOP is so far gone, because they backed a truly bad person, and an even worse candidate, they have lost every ounce of what their party once stood for.
They are embarrassed for having allowed Trump to succeed, they are cornered and, in the quest to stay relevant, they are just making things worse---much worse.
The time has passed for them to cut their losses. They are in too deep.

Maybe #House #Democrats can announce (and then actually do!) that they'll keep up a steady stream of motions to vacate the chair - no-confidence votes for #McCarthy or whoever the current #Republican speaker is - unless and until the House expels the lying #liar. 🚫👖🔥

No recall vote in NY and it takes 2/3rds of the House to vote him out. Republicans know the seat will flip if they do and with the 4 vote majority, they will mot expell him.
