Bond set at $6 million for Houston-area man accused in deputy shooting
Parnell Bland is accused of shooting Harris County Precinct 1 Constable's Deputy Sheila Jones during a Monday shootout outside the downtown courthouse complex. Jones was released from the hospital the following day.
