This morning's #workout #music is some old-school #Funk from Nik West. Her mix of #FunkRock and #JazzFunk has clear roots in #ParliamentFunkadelic. The set takes place in front of the most incongruous audience ever. It's either a high art satire/comedy, the entertainment for a time-share retreat, or a spot-on metaphor for the modern Democratic Party. Strange.
