Weird, now the UN guy sounds the same – speaking on warfare he says "AI" is getting more autonomous, & there's no constraint on its misuse. We do need to be careful, but the constraint is that out-of-control LAWS are more likely to harm their own side than anyone else. #AIEthics #ParisPeaceForum
