Work cross-functionally with EE, manufacturing, and external vendors/foundries. 🧠 What We’re Looking For PhD or MS in Materials Science, Microelectronics, Applied Physics, ME, or EE. 5+ years (NOT limited to industry experience) in heterogeneous integration or advanced packaging. Deep expertise in adhesion and bonding physics and chemistry. Experience with integrating silicon-based materials, and/or with non-silicon materials.
