A newly formed supercontinent will be inhospitable for humans

Around 299 million years ago, Pangea existed as super continent before breaking apart 100 million years ago. Now, the continents are due to reconnect in another 200-300 million years. And it's going to mean mass extinction for mammals.A new study published in Nature Geoscience suggests that as this ...

This is what Earth’s continents will look like in 250 million years

Only a fraction of the planet’s surface will be habitable to mammals when the next supercontinent, Pangaea Ultima, forms.

How the age of mammals could end - Mapping Ignorance

In 250 million years a supercontinent called “Pangea Ultima” will form. It will be too inhospitable for most mammals to survive.

The Next Supercontinent Formation Could Wipe Out Most Mammal Life

For more than 300 million years, mammals of all shapes and sizes have flourished here on Earth.

I'm just wondering how long it will be before the climate change denial/minimiser ecosystem starts using this to say that this is what's actually causing climate change today - not fossil fuel burning - and why it shows we shouldn't do anything about it anyway as it's pointless.
