She had an anaphylactic reaction while at home before she was picked up, and was taken to hospital. During this time she did not have her phone, which was left at home until a hospital staff member came to get it for her.
There are still questions as to why we were lied to by hospital staff as to her location and status, including to her emergency contacts.
Pandora is expecting to get out on Monday, but her GP is currently refusing to work with the GIC to continue her prescription, which is risking delaying her release.

Update - 26 June
Tuesday was originally supposed to be the date #PandoraHolmes was to be released from hospital. Since the first public appeal for help on Reddit, she had been treated well and given a greatly increased amount of freedom, and provided with her HRT. This stands in contrast to how she was treated when we first intervened to help, where she had had her HRT taken away and was being tortured and gaslit by staff.
On Tuesday, it was communicated from Pandora that she would not be able to leave that day, as her new flat was not ready and they wanted that to be and to make sure she had a repeat prescription for her HRT. Pandora was instead allowed home for the day but required to come back to the hospital.

The quick version: Pandora was taken against her will by #NHS mental health staff on the 4th of June, and held on authority of her being an immediate danger to herself. During this time they took away her HRT and when she complained about this, they tried to hold her for 6 months. It took the combined forces of Reddit, Twitter, the Fediverse, and Tumblr to provide support for her, advocating for her rights before she was finally given HRT, and staff stopped torturing her. Since then she had been allowed some additional freedom and was expecting her release on Tuesday.
I just got off the phone with the ward. They confirmed #PandoraHolmes is there and said she is "ok". No definition of what that means.
When I asked about her going silent, they said it's her choice not to respond. I asked more directly if she had her phone and was allowed to communicate and the nurse wouldnt answer me.
Call +44 115 969 1300 and ask to be put through to Highbury hospital, Rowan 2 ward. Ask after her, ask why she has not responded, if she has her phone, if there are any restrictions on her communication.
Bury them in calls.

On Tuesday, she was originally expecting to leave hospital for her new flat, but this was not ready, so instead she was allowed to go home to her current flat for the day
Her cat, who was being looked after by a neighbour while she had been taken, escaped yesterday and she spent the day looking for her. She overstayed the time she was meant to be back while looking for her, and her last message was that police had been sent to get her.
She has not been heard from since around 18:30 yesterday UK time. It is now 14:30 the next day.

So glad she's getting to have one while she's in there, even a Pride event inside the hospital. The NHS definitely need more training on how to treat trans people, but at least it looks like there's change happening.
She's still looking at Tuesday for release, and looking forward to getting back to everything.
