Out and about in Köln earlier today and crossed over the Rhine on the railway bridge to the main train station the barrier is chock full of padlocks, as per the picture. I know about the custom but have never seen such an extreme example.
I am aware that there are lock-pickers here but don’t want to name check any as I don’t know them well enough and possibly for fear of overwhelm given the volume of locks.
