#Amtrak #PacificSurfliner train 761 lost more than 90 minutes today, because:

Emergency Services Hold: As of 11:23 am PT Train 761 is
currently holding east of Surf (LPS) due to a Rocket Launch
from the Vandenburg Space Station.

I wonder whether there were interesting views.

At San Clemente, CA 🇺🇸, about half way between Los Angeles and San Diego, the #Amtrak #PacificSurfliner passes (and stops) right by the beach of the Pacific Ocean.
There are many nice train stations on this route, the “Mission Style” San Juan Capistrano depot being one of them.

Those #PacificSurfliner views.
San Diego’s 🇺🇸 beautiful “Santa Fe Depot”, built 1915, is a transportation hub and the southern terminus for #NCTD #Coaster services and #Amtrak’s #PacificSurfliner trains. The light-rail “San Diego Trolleys” also stop here.
