#Rubio said that every strike follow’s a legal officer’s determination on whether a strike is #legal or not. Rubio also said that the #USmilitary has “walked away from strikes” multiple times because they did not meet the targeting criteria.

The #US has attacked dozens of #boats in the #CaribbeanSea & #PacificOcean, killing roughly 200 people since early September. The #Trump admin claims the US is at #war with drug cartels, while many have questioned the legality of the strikes.
