On the lam? No, just admiring those magnificent red towers of what might be the most beautiful suspension bridge in the world. Just traversing it you don't really notice it, even as a classic movie fan, but turn the saturation down, and you realize...it's "Modern Noir".

People who say the California coast is soooo crowded must not have ever left Los Angeles; just a few hours north, it gets really remote, really fast...remote enough to see the stars as surely as in the desert, but with a marine quality to the atmosphere all its own.
