Hindsight is 20/20, and the roughly five million Small Business Administration COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan applications used to train PRAC's "Fraud Prevention Engine" were only available after the programs were already up and running, by which point billions of dollars had been paid out and later identified as potentially fraudulent.

Student Loans were already fucked but after the tiny amount of forgiveness they promised being wiped out - its even more fucked.

Education should absolutely be free anyway. The government forgave #PPPLoans for rich fucks who didn't even use them for what they were intended for - they can forgive #StudentLoans.

No forgiveness. No repayment.

@rbreich I was thinking the same thing. It’s quite a leap to deny marginalized populations affordable access to #highereducation and #studentloanforgiveness but #ppploanforgiveness is somehow a nonissue. I’m willing to argue the amount of #ppploans dispursed to businesses that didn’t need, or didn’t use them for their intended purpose, could handily cover the price tag of #studentloanforgiveness.
