Pas besoin de responsabiliser / culpabiliser les individus. On sait que cela ne marche pas. Ces plates-formes sont faites pour empêcher l'auto-régulation (fait-on confiance àl'auto-discipline des consommateurs d'héroïne? ), sans compter les éventuels contournements possibles.
Le fait de sciemment proposer cette solution qui "tape à côté du problème" montre que la réelle motivation derrière est plutôt ce au'elle fait bien : le contrôle de masse.
