#Ukraine has land borders with 3 NATO countries. #Taiwan has none. #Taiwan has no land border with any #US treaty/allay nation. #Ukraine can be supplied by land easily, not possible with #Taiwan.

In case of a blockade or embargo by #PLAN or #PLAAF it would be required that #USN, #USMarines/#USM and to a lesser degree #USAF join the fray otherwise #Taiwan gets starved into submission. It gets staved of #armaments, #fuel, #food and #bullets.
