An explosion occurred at a military plant in #Serbia, and 7 people were injured.
According to the management of the #Krusik plant, an ignition amplifier on the press was triggered during routine #PETN pressing operations.
#Krusik is a military enterprise in the city of #Valjevo (in western #Serbia), founded in 1939 as a private ammunition factory. It currently produces a wide range of mortar mines, artillery shells, etc.

The batteries of the #WalkieTalkies used by Lebanese armed group #Hezbollah that blew up this week were laced w/a highly explosive compound known as PETN, a Lebanese source familiar w/the device's components told Reuters.
The way the explosive material was integrated into the battery pack made it extremely difficult to detect, the source said.
