Anbieten dürfen es unter anderem Versicherungsunternehmen, Kreditinstitute, Wertpapierfirmen, Investment- und Verwaltungsgesellschaften sowie Verwalter alternativer Investmentfonds mit Sitz in der EU. Seit dem 22. März 2022 dürfen Unternehmen solche Produkte anbieten.
