I'm fixing a Win10 PC that crashes after a couple of minutes. It could be a Virus but it is also true that there is so much bloat inside.

I went to safe mode to fix it up but funnily package management is disabled on safe mode. I'm really used to Linux that I find ridicolous. I'm in this mode to fix the PC, why can't you let me fix it? It is so petty
