I added the #Pb to the previous headline, because when the English word "#lead" turns up out of the blue, near the beginning of a headline, how on Earth is a reader (human or bot) supposed to know that this is referring to the element, rather than the much more frequent usage connected to the verb to lead???

Mein Versuch, 10 km unter 40 zu #laufen , war zu 95% erfolgreich. Bis Kilometer 9,5 konnte ich den Pace halten, dann ging auf einmal nichts mehr und ich musste gehen. Am Ende kam ich mit knapp über 41 min ins Ziel und wurde von den Sanis gebeten, ins Zelt mitzukommen. Blutdruck ok, Sauerstoffsättigung etwas gering.

Ich trauere immer noch etwas dem Rennen hinterher. War ich am Anfang zu schnell? Hätte ich mich echt nicht noch 2 min länger quälen können? Immerhin eine neue #PB #running #great10k

Club championship today. It's mainly athletics (spear, disc, high jump, far jump, sprint) wich is not my thing. For outsiders like me they incorporate a 3k as running distance. I participated last year so besides helping out in the jury I ran the 3k again this year. Contrary to my belief, but in line with Garmin's prediction I substantialy improved my PB 😁.
