It said I #owed $150. But when I went to the #billing site, it said I owed zero. So I called #customer support today.

When I paid the $400 two months ago to cover the costs of the #uninsured month... that was only the NON-prefixed account.

The $150 was on the prefixed account. That didn't get paid when I paid the non-prefix account. Which then went to #collections. And when balances go to collections, they DON'T show as due on the #hospital billing site.

#FYI if your #employer does this, if they have done it for a long time especially, you and your #coworkers could be #owed huge amounts of #unpaid #wages and it would be an easy suit if there is a paper trail like this and your employer is placing strict requirements on your behavior while not at #work. #Employment #lawyers generally work on contingency. Just food for thought.
