From October 2023 to January 2024, Le Lievre started dating a woman who has a daughter, then 13, attending Tuskawilla Middle School. During their four-month relationship, the girl and her mother frequently stayed overnight at his residence in Oviedo. Detectives allege that he leveraged this proximity to groom the child, eventually admitting after the breakup that he had only dated the mother to get closer to her daughter.
The grooming reportedly extended into the classroom environment. While employed at Tuskawilla Middle School, Le Lievre allegedly used his administrative access to alter student schedules, placing the victim in one of his classes without her mother’s knowledge or consent. He further established a sense of exclusivity by designating a specific desk drawer in his classroom for the victim’s personal belongings.
To evade detection, Le Lievre utilized sophisticated methods to maintain contact with the minor. These included the creation of throw-away email addresses and various websites, teaching the victim Morse code to facilitate secret messaging and instructing the student to delete all records of their digital correspondence.
Police noted that the relationship progressed from frequent hugging and hand-holding to a physical escalation. The victim alleged that she was sexually assaulted at Le Lievre’s home shortly before Christmas in 2023.
Seminole County Public Schools confirmed that Le Lievre was investigated twice in 2024 for inappropriate conduct. He has been barred from future employment within the district. In a statement, school officials emphasized that the safety of students remains their highest priority and that such behavior undermines the integrity of the educational environment.
On March 30, 2026, Le Lievre was arrested by the Oviedo Police Department at his residence in Oviedo. He currently faces charges of custodial sexual battery and soliciting a romantic relationship with a student. Court records indicate he is being held at the Seminole County Jail in Sanford, Seminole County without bond and has declined to speak with investigators without legal counsel.
