Interrupted my #overshot #weaving to model and print this shuttle. Everyone does this, right?
I thought of this shape 3y ago, cut prototypes from cardboard and tested them extensively. I couldn't make it so curvy in cardboard, and thin parts wouldn't hold stress, but this current shape is close to my original vision and holds yarn much better.
It's sized to be compatible with my printed frame loom, that was modelled by someone else a long ago.

Compensation for atmospheric appropriation - Nature Sustainability

Some countries are disproportionately responsible for climate change damages and should compensate those remaining within fair shares of the 1.5 °C carbon budget. This study presents a procedure to quantify the level of compensation owed in a ‘net zero’ scenario where all countries decarbonize by 2050.
