Tom McClintock likes to think of himself as a constitutional conservative. *But our President has been violating the Constitution repeatedly, and Tom McClintock -- for all his prior grandstanding -- has done nothing to stop him.* When DOGE fired veterans for no good reason, McClintock went even further. Rather than fighting these clearly unconstitutional acts by DOGE, he said repeatedly and stupidly, "In DOGE we trust." McClintock voted yes on the Big Beautiful Bill to take Medicaid *and* Medicare from his constituents, even though 40% of pregnant women in California rely on Medicaid. As per the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office, he voted yes to take money from the bottom 10% and give it to the top 10%. He says he cares about fiscal conservatism, but he voted yes to increase the federal deficit by $3.8 trillion. He has allowed the President to wreck Central Valley farmers and other businesses with insane tariffs, even though Congress has the power to tax. *McClintock could stop these tariffs at any moment and chooses not to.* *Tom McClintock has not held a town hall since 2017*, because he doesn't like hearing from his (understandably) angry constituents, even though that is the entirety of his job. He supposedly represents us. *This group keeps McClintock accountable by tracking his votes and other actions, putting pressure on his office, and informing the public in a variety of ways when McClintock fails to do his job.*

Elon Musk and the Republican Project 2025 are coming for your Social Security and Medicare. **We know how to stop them.** **Save Social Security and Medicare Now** is mobilizing Americans to stop DOGE's plans by sharing information, answering questions and empowering everyday people to take simple and easy actions that amplify their voices.

Will you help protect our voting rights? We have opportunities to make sure our family, friends, and neighbors are ready to vote and to help people get an ID before the 2024 election. This starts now. Sign up and share with your friends. This group will be called upon when there is a need or an opportunity to protect voting rights. These opportunities may include training events, info on laws, and deadlines that involve voting rights. Our new voter ID laws go into effect for the May 14th primary. In honor of John Lewis Day, our teach-in examines how systemic racism drives and sustains the crisis of gun violence in communities of color. Far from random, this violence is rooted in decades of policy decisions, from redlining and housing segregation to underfunded social services and unequal law enforcement. In this video training, we will explore how these interconnected systems have created conditions where gun violence thrives, making it a powerful form of racial injustice, and dive into how President Trump’s policies and funding cuts have exacerbated these inequalities. Join us to uncover the structural forces behind the headlines and carry forward John Lewis’s legacy by demanding lasting, systemic change, civil rights for all, and a democracy that works for everyone. The training is given by Rachelle Hunley, Brady's Senior Director of Strategic Engagement, Aalayah Eastmond, our Cultural Community Engagement Manager, and JP Thomas, our Director of Organizing.
