I feel so happy running in the city where I live, lots of familiar faces, lots of opportunity to suport friends and to get support from the crew 🩷

Today’s #dailyrun was the #ottawaraceweekend 10k. I’m really happy with how it went, even if it wasn’t what I had originally planned (I intended to run the marathon again, but an ankle injury put an end to that) #ottawa #running

Grey, but not too cold for today’s #run along the #rideaucanal — and the beginning of training for the #ottawaraceweekend #marathon (the first time with an insulin pump #diabeticrunner — so far it’s going well, but I haven’t done anything more than 6km or so in the ~3 weeks I’ve had it)
